What are the Causes of High blood pressure?
Blood pressure is analyse in 2 way. The systolic pressure and the diastolic pressure. For example: 125/70mmHg.
The top and the biggest number is know as Systolic pressure, scientifically can be called Systemic Circulation.
Systemic Circulation simply means the movement or mechanism at which blood circulate from heart to all other part of the body through pulmonary artery. Such blood can simply called Oxygenated blood.
Systemic Circulation= Heart + Body
On like pulmonary circulation which is the movement or flowing of blood from heart to lungs for Oxygenated blood through pulmonary vein.
It is important to note that, when you consume food, it's contains deoxygenated blood but during the breaking down through enzymes, the deoxygenated blood from the food goes straight to the heart then from heart to lungs for Oxygenated blood before circulate to the rest of the body system.
Pulmonary circulation = Heart + lungs
The bottom number or the lowest number (diastolic pressure) refers to the blood pressure when the heartbeat muscle contracted. I.e the point at which is about to beat then the flow of blood at that moment.
Blood pressure is measured in millimeter Mercury (mmHg).
